Description
E-COMM is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to invite qualified firms to submit proposals for the provision of HVAC systems maintenance services at various E-COMM radio sites as further described in Appendix “D” (the “Scope of Work”).
Proponents must contact the Authorized Contact and execute a signed Response Confirmation Form, as attached in Appendix “A” (page 17), and a Confidentiality Agreement, as attached in Appendix “B” (page 18-24) in order to receive Appendix “D” Scope of Work.
