Description
The Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport, Mountain Resorts Branch is looking to complete a wildfire risk reduction treatment at Silver Star Mountain Resort covering an area of approximately 21.7 hectares to meet specific wildfire behaviour objectives. The services required for this project include 17.8 ha of debris piles disposal by a combination of chip and spread and pile burning. An additional 3.9 ha area will be hand treated and debris chipped and spread or burned. All work will need to be completed by March 31, 2027.
