Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the Providence Health Care (“PHC”) to provide demolition and general construction services for the Mount Saint Joseph Hospital (“MSJ”) Radiology Room 3 Project (the “Project”).
The scope of work and responsibilities are defined in section 1. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence July 20, 2026, and Substantial Performance of the Work is by January 8, 2027.
