Description
The Ministry of Health (the “Ministry”) is seeking proposals for a hosted hybrid and virtual hearing platform for a newly established tribunal. The platform will need to provide the following:Pre-hearing registration; Communication to the public including: distribution of links; IT support; Hearing management support; Manage screen sharing; Secure custom landing page for each hearing; Video & Audio recording, and transcripts; Break out room management;
Services will be performed virtually from the Contractor’s place of business. In person services throughout BC may be required at the request of the Ministry.
