Brief Description of Work
This RFPQ is an invitation to submit Proposals for the provision of Prequalified General Contractor/Trade Services for interior and general construction projects within the Northern Region of BC.
Projects will be valued between $5,000.00 up to $249,999.
Submissions MUST be submitted using the following method:
The prospective General Contractors should submit the Proposal electronically in a single file to BC Housing by email to Jblackwell@bchousing.org . BC Housing will confirm receipt of emails. Proposals must be received no later than the submission time stated in the timetable and must be received by the time indicated on BC Housing’s computer clock. Proposals received one (1) minute after the deadline will not be allowed and therefore be rejected.
Proposal submissions are to clearly indicate in the subject line the number of the RFPQ.
Onus and responsibility rests solely with the Proponent to ensure delivering its Proposal in the exact manner indicated in the RFPQ. BC Housing does not accept any responsibility for submissions delivered to any other location by the Proponent or its delivery agents. Proponents are advised to make submissions well before the deadline. Proponents making submissions near the deadline do so at their own risk.
