Window Glazing Repairs

The Owner invites Responses from experienced glazing Contractors for the purpose of establishing a shortlist of Qualified Respondents eligible to receive invitation to Solicitation for targeted building envelope remediation work at Douglas College’s New Westminster Campus. This RFPQ is a pre-qualification process only. It is not a tender call, does not request pricing, and does not create a contractual relationship between the Owner and any Respondent. The Owner is conducting this pre-qualification because the contemplated Work involves sensitive glazing disassembly and reinstatement, execution within an occupied environment, and coordination constraints typical of institutional operations. 
Interested suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this RFPQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined if they will pre-qualify and be shortlisted as Qualified Respondents to be eligible to put in a proposal to a subsequent Solicitation, if any. Only Qualified Respondents will be sent and may respond to a subsequent Solicitation, if any.
