RFPQ for Furniture for Student Residence Units and Residential Amenity Spaces - New Student Housing Building at 808 Royal

Douglas College is seeking qualified proponents to provide end-to-end furniture services, including design, supply, delivery, installation, warranty support, and post-occupancy sustainment for its new Student Housing Building at 808 Royal Avenue, New Westminster, BC.This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Qualified Respondents shortlisted through this RFPQ will be invited to participate in a subsequent Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP).The scope includes furniture for student residence units and residential amenity spaces, along with furniture planning, design support, procurement, delivery, installation, and warranty services.
