DCNW Cooling Tower Upgrade Project

The Douglas College invites Responses from qualified and experienced Respondents for the purpose of establishing a shortlist of Qualified Respondents eligible to receive an invitation to a subsequent solicitation for the DCNW Cooling Tower Upgrade Project at Douglas College's New Westminster Campus. This RFPQ is a pre-qualification process only. It is not a tender call, does not request pricing, and does not create a contractual relationship between the Owner and any Respondent. The Owner is conducting this pre-qualification because the contemplated Work involves the replacement and upgrade of critical campus infrastructure within an active post-secondary environment, requiring specialized expertise, coordination, and experience delivering similar institutional projects. Interested Respondents are invited to submit a Response to this RFPQ for evaluation to determine whether they qualify for inclusion on the shortlist of Qualified Respondents. Only Qualified Respondents will be invited to participate in a subsequent solicitation, if any.
