Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) Proponent to enter into a Contract (Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) for the security and related services at the Vancouver Convention Centre (“Services”). The Services includes, but is not limited to the following:Expert and professional advice on all aspects of security for the Vancouver Convention Centre (“Venue”); Provide operational leadership to support and strengthen security deployments. Patrolling of the Venue to ensure Clients and all users are protected against fire, theft, vandalism, trespassers and accidents; Crowd control, when requested; and Security for events on an as, if and when requested basis.The detailed scope of work and responsibilities are defined in section 1.
