Description
The Legislative Assembly is seeking submissions from qualified architectural professionals to provide architectural services for addressing and supporting project work on existing and smaller scale renovation work, typically to be on an “as-needed basis”. Services may include but are not limited to the preparation of construction drawings, construction administration, quality assurance, and code compliance review.
Respondents providing a Response by the Initial Intake Date and Time have the option to also submit a bid for a specific project planned for the summer/fall of 2025 at the same time as submitting a Response as further explained in section 2.6. See Appendix C for the competition notice. The closing date for the competition notice is June 30, 2025 at 2:00pm PT
