2026 Capital Paving Program - RFQ 26-0016

The City of Prince Rupert is seeking quotations from qualified respondents  in response to this request for quotations for the provision of
Services to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for
paving works to be performed at various locations around the city.

The City of Prince Rupert is seeking contractors to perform milling, asphalt paving, and
related activities at various locations throughout the City. At this time, specific work
locations have not been fully defined, with a total quantity of 5,000 m^2 of paving to be
completed across 3-6 separate corridors. As such, the City is requesting unit rate pricing for
the identified scope items, which will be used to execute work on an as-required basis
throughout the Project, as well as lump sum (stipulated) pricing for applicable items such as
temporary site office, local remobilization between paving corridors, overhead, and profit.

All unit rates shall be fully inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment and all incidentals
required to complete the work.
