Description
The District invites detailed Proposals from consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in land economics to provide financial analysis and property valuation services.

The District is seeking the services of one or more qualified land economists to provide as needed support in the development and refinement of land use policies, regulations and development related financial analysis and negotiations. The proponent(s) will work closely with staff to provide technical expertise on a range of planning and development matters.
For policy development, key areas of focus may include but not limited to, land economic assessment on zoning and regulatory impact, ACC charge and DCC charge review, inclusionary zoning, prezoning strategies, density bonus frameworks, tenant protection measures and amenity cost charges.
For development applications, there is an ongoing need for pro forma evaluation and cost analysis in the service of achieving community benefits through private development.
