On-Call - Sanitary and Storm Sewer Flow Monitoring Services

The City of Port Moody (the “City”) is seeking one or more qualified contractors for the provision of flow, level or velocity monitoring services for sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer mains or open channels. Services will be provided on an “as and when required” basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).

All enquiries related to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) are to be submitted through the Bids&Tenders Bidding System only: https://portmoody.bidsandtenders.ca/. by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for this specific bid opportunity. Bidders should not use the Discussion forum on the BC Bid site to submit questions.

Addenda:
Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFSO. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFSO. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. Bidders will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission.

Any amendments to a bid closing date are captured by way of Addenda, and updated only on the Bids&Tenders bidding site.

Award Decisions:
Final results of the RFP will be posted directly on the Bidding System.
