Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Forests is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Brenton Industries Ltd. (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The objective of this contract is to complete the remaining wildfire suppression rehabilitation work for the 2024 N71058 Argenta Fire. All work will be conducted in accordance with the signed rehabilitation prescription.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
•Skidding of bunched wood along the machine guards;
•Pullback and recontouring of designated sections of the guards; and
•Implementation of site stabilization techniques, including the installation of water bars,cross ditches, and other erosion control measures.
Work will be completed by using heavy equipment.
