Description
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to develop a List of persons who have an interest in providing services to Surrey City Development Corporation (SCDC), its affiliates or project delivery teams of which SCDC or an affiliate is a part. These services might include any one or more of general project management, development management, construction management, advisory or other services in relation to projects undertaken or supported in future by SCDC from time to time (the “Services”). This List may be utilized by SCDC for the purposes of issuing a request for proposals (“Request for Proposals” or “RFP”) to, or for contracting with, Qualified Respondents or other qualified persons to deliver some or all of these Services on an as needed and project by project basis.
Eligibility to Participate
Any interested party (each a “Respondent”) is eligible to participate in this RFQ and submit a response (a “Response”). A firm or individual may only participate as a member of one Respondent.Contract duration
