SP27TAS7000 – Mechanical Site Preparation in the Bulkley Operating Area of the Babine Business Area

The proposed contract requires the provision of approximately 69.4 Hectares of mechanical site preparation located across Bulkley operating areas in the Babine Business Area.

The contract will require a range of qualified and experienced machine operators working in various conditions including isolated areas. Activities will include using an excavator to create mounds across 4 blocks that have been burned in a wildfire in 2023 to create plantable spots for reforestation purposes.

Contract deliverables will be planned for completion throughout the fiscal year to meet the business area quarterly targets. Projects will be completed concurrently as per the approved work progress plan and schedules.

Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.

The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and, once awarded, the contract award results will be available on BC Bid.
