Parkade Security Enhancements – 2nd Avenue & Plaza Parkades

Description
City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified contractors for the supply of materials, labour and equipment to install the security enclosures and electrical components for the “2nd Ave. Parkade”, located at 1370 – 2nd Avenue and “Plaza Parkade” located at 1051 – 5th Avenue.
The 2nd Ave. Parkade is to have existing materials removed and replaced with new concrete curbs, concrete masonry units (CMU) and steel walls as well as new chain link fencing with doors/gates. The project will include electrical revisions.
Plaza Parkade is to have new security chain link fencing installed at the back perimeter of the Parkade. New exit doors/gates will be installed for the existing tenants.
The City reserves the right to award a reduced scope of work to include one or both Parkades with respect to this ITT if the bids received are over budget.
