HU A, C, D/SMZ: Daily timing restrictions apply – Machine operations not allowed between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am every day.
No daily timing restrictions for HU B.
HU C, D/SMZ: Summer harvest is preferred in order to maximize fibre recovery and manage downed forest fuels effectively.

The eastern portion of the block is located within the Chuchi Lake Point Recreation Area Polygon (REC 1056). This site was established July 14, 1983, pursuant to section 104(1) of the Forest Act, 1978. Authorization to harvest will need to be granted under section 16 of the Forest Recreation Regulation prior to harvest activities. TSL holder must comply with all conditions specified in the authorization.
These include, but are not limited to:
Daily timing restrictions apply – Machine operations only allowed between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and no operations permitted on weekends or statutory holidays.
Summer harvest is preferred in order to maximize fibre recovery and manage downed forest fuels effectively.
Safety Alerts:
As this Licence includes the salvage of insect damaged timber, there is increased risk of windfall associated with dead/dying trees.
This Licence includes the salvage of a significant quantity of blowdown/windthrown trees (25%+).
In accordance with obligations under a Road Permit, Road Use Permit or maintenance agreement with another License/Permit Holder, the Permittee/Licensee will be required to deal with danger trees or complete maintenance works within a road right-of-way to address safety risks to forest workers (including a ‘safe zone’ where the timbermark stamp hammer is located).
