The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 94722 - Fawcett Sanitary and Brunette Storm Main Replacements, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to:300mm sanitary main: 460 linear meters 250mm sanitary main: 160 linear meters 200mm sanitary service: 150 linear meters 100mm sanitary force main: 130 linear meters 450mm storm main: 21 linear meters of 75mm sanitary force main services: 3 each 1050 manholes: 7 each 1050 overbuild manholes: 1 each 1200mm manholes: 1 each Catch basin: 1 each Other miscellaneous works contained in in the Contract Documents

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders and the lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted. The City also reserves the right to cancel any request for Tender at any time without recourse by the Tenderer.
The City, prior to award of any Tender, may negotiate with the Tenderer presenting the lowest price compliant Tender, for changes in the Work, materials, specifications or conditions without having any duty or obligation to advise any other Tenderers or to allow them to modify their
Tenders, and the City will have no liability to any Tenderer as a result of such negotiations or modifications.
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
