Description
Sawchuk Developments Co. Ltd., acting as Construction Manager and agent for UBC Properties Trust, is developing the UBC Okanagan Child Learning Centre Building. The proposed childcare facility is approximately 390sqm and expands the services currently provided at the existing UBC Okanagan Daycare Building at 1262 Discovery Avenue. 37 new childcare spaces will be added (12 infant/toddler and 25 3-5 year) to the current 57 childcare spaces (22 infant/toddler and 35 3-5 year).
