    Description

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), commonly known as Global Affairs Canada (GAC), requires the design, physical construction, and dismantlement of a 1,206 m² exhibition pavilion at MSPO 2026 to provide exhibition, networking, and meeting space for Canadian delegates and trade commissioners to meet with local contacts.

In 2026, Canada’s designation as Lead Nation at MSPO requires an enhanced pavilion presence that delivers increased visibility, accommodates expanded programming, and supports a broad range of Canadian exhibitors, partners, and official engagements.

The International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) is Europe’s third-largest defence and security trade show, and the flagship defence event in Central and Eastern Europe. It will take place September 8-11, 2026, in Kielce, Poland. Participants are expected from across the region, NATO partner markets, and globally. Held annually, the 2026 edition is expected to be the largest yet, with 40,000+ visitors, 900+exhibitors, 60+ official delegations, and 2 new exhibition halls.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, professional expertise, and project management services required to design, manage, construct, furnish, maintain, dismantle, and remove the Canada Lead Nation Pavilion at the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) 2026 taking place September 8–11, 2026, in Kielce.

The Pavilion shall be delivered as a turnkey solution, covering the full project lifecycle from initial concept development through dismantlement and site clearance, in accordance with this Statement of Work and all applicable exhibition, venue, and regulatory requirements.
