The High Commission of Canada in Kenya, in Nairobi (hereafter referred to the “HCC”) requires a service provider for Cleaning Services outside the Chancery Building.
The HCC is approximately 10,000 square meter multi-use facility located along Limuru Road, Gigiri in Nairobi. The facility consists of three (3) levels above ground and two (2) levels below ground.
The HCC requires a service provider to provide cleaning services in order to ensure that the premises are well kept clean, sanitized and free from any unpleasant odor at all times. The Contractor must be qualified and experienced. The Contractor is considered independent and not as an employee or agent of the HCC. The cleaning services must be done by experienced personnel to the complete satisfaction of the HCC.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
