Objective: To install pre-purchased Digital Display Units (DDUs) across selected Service Canada Centres (SCCs) and Service Delivery Hubs (SDHs) in Ontario Region to enhance client communication and engagement.

Background: Service Canada Ontario Region is expanding its use of DDUs to deliver dynamic, site-specific messaging. This initiative builds on previous deployments and aligns regional priorities for scalable, accessible, and bilingual content delivery.
