    Title: Winterlude 2024 Security coverage Jacques-Cartier Park north – Snowflake

    Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering

    This requirement is open only to qualified Guard Services Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders. The following SA holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

    1) Garda Canada Security Corp.
    2) Neptune Security Services Inc.
    3) Canadian Corps of Commissionaires Ottawa Division
    4) Shield Security Services

    Description of Requirement:

    Retain the services of a Contractor for the provision of licensed security guards for Winterlude 2024.

    The work will be performed at Jacque-Cartier North Park, located on Laurier Street in Gatineau, near the intersection of Laurier and Dussault Streets.

    Duration of Contract:

    The period of the Contract is from Contract award to March 15, 2024, inclusive.

    Basis of Selection – Lowest Cost Responsive Bid

    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
