Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) operates and maintains the Canadian National Vimy Memorial (Pas-de-Calais, France) and the Beaumont-Hamel Newfoundland Memorial (Somme, France). VAC is seeking a contractor to provide multi-service maintenance at both locations.
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) operates 15 memorial sites in Europe, two of which are the Canadian National Vimy Memorial and the Beaumont-Hamel Newfoundland Memorial. As National Historic Sites, Vimy and Beaumont-Hamel welcome approximately 850,000 visitors per year. The surface area of both sites is considerable and both sites include visitor centres, washrooms, workshops, office buildings and other facilities. In order to ensure the maintenance of these two sites and sustain daily operations, VAC relies on the services of a Contractor for multi-service maintenance.
The Contract period is from date of award to March 31, 2027 with four (4) additional one (1) year optional contract periods.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 11 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/05/01.
