Requirement
The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires, the Pfeiffer AMS340 system to have the capability for helium leak detection of hazardous and ultra-high purity gas lines before they see gas flow for production usage. These gas lines must be meticulously tested before process gas is introduced to ensure the safety of all personnel within the CPFC. There are thousands of feet of process tubing and fittings that must be tested over the duration of the OFRM project to expand the production capabilities of the CPFC which will meet client demands and push Canadian innovation.
