    Services of a contractor to supply, replace and maintain the new osmosis water system at the Quebec Research and Development Centre.

    Scope of Work:

    Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires the services of a Contractor to supply and replace the osmosis water system in Wing B, and to start up and maintain the new system, which will supply purified water to all laboratories at the Québec Research and Development Centre. At all stages of the project, the Contractor will be responsible for coordinating the work.

    Site Visit:
    a. Optional Work Site Visit. Canada recommends that the Offeror attend the site visit. An optional site visit will be held at the Quebec Research and Development Centre on October 29, 2024, beginning at 10:30AM ET, in 2560 Hochelaga Boulevard, Quebec, Quebec G1V 2J3.
    b. Communication with Carol Rahal at carol.rahal@agr.gc.ca for any questions regarding the site visit. Canada may request Offerors sign an attendance sheet. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer.
    c. Clarifications or Changes. Canada will amend the solicitation of offers to reflect clarifications and changes resulting from the site visit.

Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.

    It is MANDATORY for the Firms intending to submit tenders on this project to obtain the related specifications, plans and drawings, and all other tender documents through the CanadaBuys service provider’s platform. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the CanadaBuys service provider platform.

    AAFC reserves the right to accept any Proposal in whole or in part, without prior negotiation and reject any or all Proposals
    received.
