The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT), Procurement Shared Services (PSS) on behalf of the Department of Environment and Climate Change is requesting tenders for the establishment of NON-EXCLUSIVE Standing Offer Agreement(s) for the supply and delivery of Jet A1 aviation fuel and offloading into the GNWT storage tank in Fort Smith on an "If, As, & When" required basis.
