Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Professional services of Trial Graphic Designer to the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) Canada. This standing offer will accept up to a maximum of 3 suppliers to meet requirements.

The Trade Law Bureau requires the services of trial graphics design companies for the purposes of defending Canada’s interests in investor-State and State-to-State dispute settlement processes under the international trade and investment agreements to which Canada is a Party. These matters are high-profile, complex and typically involve multiple stakeholders. Trial graphics design companies provide essential services and support to counsel in the hearing process by providing visual and display services that bolster, complement, and reinforce legal arguments made by Canada’s representatives.
