The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) is seeking to procure a content analysis and readability software solution to support its Consumer Information team in delivering clear, easy to understand and user-friendly financial consumer information on Canada.ca.
The software will enable the Consumer Information team to enhance the quality and consistency of FCAC’s digital content, ensure alignment with the Canada.ca Content Style Guide, writing principles, and plain language standards to better meet the information needs of Canadians in both English and French.
