The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for 1 x Project Manager for the Canadian Joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) JCIS - CFXNet.

b. Section 4.2 table is for information only. No action required.

c. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 of JCIS-Network Support Specialist - RFP AMD#1

d. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name.

e. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A

f. Read the security requirements noted in the Security Requirements Checklist (Signed SRCL) attached

g. Fill out Appendix D to Annex A

h. Fill out Annex B, Basis of Payment

i Fill out Annex D

j. Fill out Attachments 1 -5 to Part 8

l. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 14 November 2025
