    Description

    AMENDMENT 004 is issued to :

    - Amend the Questions and Answers to AMD002;
    - Amend the Product Builder for CAT2 to AMD002;
    - Amend the Product Builder for CAT3 to AMD003 (previous revision was AMD002);
    - Amend the Product Builder for CAT5 to AMD001;
    - Amend the RFB Documentation to:
    * extend the closing date to August 7, 2025; and
    * Update the Installation and Delivery tables for CAT 1, CAT 2 and CAT 6 for the Desired Time from "Outside Normal Hours" to "Normal Hours".

    1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/D and covers a requirement from the following Product Categories of the SA:
    - Product Category 1 – Workstation Systems – Interconnecting Panel Systems;
    - Product Category 2 - Work Surface Products;
    - Product Category 3 - Filing and Storage Products;
    - Product Category 5 - Ancillary Products
    - Product Category 6 – Collaborative Products

    2. The Department of Justice Canada has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to Ottawa, Ontario by October 1, 2025.

    3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders).

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/10/01.
