Description

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Employment and Social Development Canada for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.

The object of the Work is to obtain the professional services of training facilitators for the delivery of the following virtual trainings:
• Improving Clarity in Communications
• Harnessing Emotional Intelligence.
• Dealing with Crisis in a Call Centre Environment.
• Enhancing Confidence in Communications
• Building Resilience
• Developing Strong Connections
• Nurturing Well-Being in Call Centres

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
