    THIS REQUEST IS RESERVED FOR HOLDERS OF SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT # E60PV-19EQUI ONLY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF LABORATORY AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT, PARTS AND ACCESSORIES, SERVICES AND SUPPLIES.

    Only Suppliers currently pre-qualified on Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI have been invited to bid.

    As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice is published on Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for a period of 40 calendar days. The closing date published on this notice identifies how long the notice will be published. For the closing date of any solicitation under the supply arrangement, invited suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents.

    Suppliers that do not have a Supply Arrangement for the supply of Laboratory and Scientific Equipment, Parts and Accessories, Services and Supplies with Public Works and Government Services Canada, cannot submit a bid. Any bids received from suppliers not pre-qualified on the Supply Arrangement will not be evaluated.

    Suppliers may qualify under Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI for Laboratory and Scientific Equipment, Parts and Accessories, Services and Supplies, at any time. Interested suppliers should download solicitation document E60PV-19EQUI/D from CanadaBuys (SAP Ariba) and submit a response as per the requirements of the Request for Supply Arrangement.

    Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for the supply of two (2) glassware wash machines. The mandatory technical criteria are:

    Item Criteria, Washer #1
    M1 Washer #1 must be capable to wash at 93° C
    M2 Washer #1 must be able to simultaneously connect to tap and Deionized (DI) water sources
    M3 Washer #1 must be able to function with unpressurized DI water source
    M4 Washer #1 must have interchangeable, adjustable racks available, with at least one rack combination able to contain 100 cylindrical denuders 2” OD x 2” H
    M5 Washer #1 cannot exceed external dimensions of 36”H x 28”D x 24.5”W
    M6 Washer #1 must be programable by user, with multiple (minimum 5) user defined programs
    M7 Washer #1 must have stainless steel interior
    M8 Works on a single-phase 115V, 60 Hz, 20A circuit
    M9 Washer #1 must provide ability to review, store and transfer log files and wash programs. Transfer via USB, in .pdf or other common formats (.docx, .txt)

    Item Criteria, Washer#2
    M10 Washer #2 must be capable to wash at 93° C
    M11 Washer #2 must be able to simultaneously connect to tap and Deionized (DI) water sources
    M12 Washer #2 must be able to function with unpressurized DI water source
    M13 Washer #2 must be able to fit a Soxhlet which is approximately 14” tall.
    M14 Washer #2 cannot exceed external dimensions of 36”H x 28”D x 34”W
    M15 Washer #2 must be programable by user, with multiple (minimum 5) user defined programs
    M16 Washer #2 must be equipped with a fast drying technology using forced heated air injection
    M17 Washer #2 must have multiple racks that can be outfitted with a wide variety inserts to accommodate different types of glass ware
    M18 Washer #2 must include dispensing pumps for liquid detergent and acid neutralizing rinse

    The responsive bidder already holding a Supply arrangement for Laboratory and Scientific Equipment, Parts and Accessories, Services and Supplies from Public Works and Government Services Canada who meets the mandatory technical criteria with the lowest aggregate price will be recommended for contract award.
