    INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE CANADA’S HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING SOLUTION RENEWAL

    Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC)’s Meteorological Service of Canada (MSC), needs to conduct an independent information technology (IT) project review of ECCC’s preparations for the 2028 HPC renewal. This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the NCR Region for Stream 5 Project Management the following categories:

    One (1) P.13 Independent Information Technology (IT) Project Review Team Leader  Level 3
    Two (2) P.14 Independent Information Technology (IT) Project Reviewer Level 2

    All TBIPS SA Holders, under EN578-170432, currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the NCR Region for the category are invited to bid on this requirement.
