Description of the Requirement:

Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is seeking to establish up to three (3) contracts for Sub-Stream B – Recipient/Contribution agreement with annual funding of over $350,000 and one (1) contract for Sub-Stream A – Recipient/Contribution agreement with annual funding of over $40 million as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work, and to be provided under the Contract, on an “as and when requested” basis only, for 2 years and 3 option periods.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31 , 2027 plus three one-year option period.
