Royalmount Library Area A-31 and RPPM Area A-60 Offices Modification

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) intends to retain a Prime Consultant (Architect) for a multidisciplinary design through an individual consulting firm or joint venture to provide construction tender documents as well as services during tender and during construction.
A modern working space is required at the Royalmount site at building MTL-01.

The need of a better use of the space led to the decision to deliver a 50 FTE unassigned/assigned flex workspace in the A-31 area (600m²) that will be used primarily by personnel with various Corporate Services and a 16 FTE unassigned/assigned flex workspace in the A-60area (xx00m²) that will be used primarily by RPPM personnel.
