    Description

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the services of a Feminist Project Monitor to support the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership – Caribbean Project (RWVL-C) with feminist-based monitoring and analysis and learning transfer. Feminist values and principles will inform and guide this monitoring contract.

The overall objective of this contract to build a body of learning over a period of time, culminating in a comprehensive synthesis of learning, rather than a one-off evaluation. This feminist initiative seeks to strengthen the capacity, visibility, and impact of women’s rights organizations through sustained engagement, their self-learning, and reflections.

Recognizing the importance of feminist principles in monitoring and evaluation, the project requires a Feminist Learning Project Monitor to accompany and document the journey of 15 organizations. The Project Monitor will apply feminist methodologies that center relational accountability, intersectionality, and collective learning.

Specifically, the objectives of the consultancy are to develop evidence-based knowledge and forward-thinking reports and deliverables that draw on the perspectives and expertise of the grantee partners and other participants.
