    Description

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) Testing as detailed herein. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is five (5) years from date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for up to three (3) additional one (1) year option periods. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2026.

    Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.

    Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria Only

    An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
