The department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, specifically Shirleys Bay Campus (SBC from here on) is seeking offers from Contractors to provide all labour, material and equipment for the maintenance of a total 4 high voltage sub-stations, including exercising loop switches (total of 5), indoor and outdoor pad mount transformers (19).
