    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

    for

    TASK BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS)

    This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND)

    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1, under the National Capital Region area, level of expertise and for the following category: one G1. Geomatics Analyst Level 2.

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one contract.

    Description of the Requirement:

    The Department of National Defence, more specifically Mapping and Charting Establishment, has a requirement for one G1. Geomatics Analyst to provide geomatics engineering, capabilities development, and sustainment/support services, support, and advice. This includes the development and sustainment of our Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, the development and assessment of new data, applications and workflows to support production, and geomatics support to the Department of National Defense (DND) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as a whole.

    Security:

    There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.     Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract 31 August 2028 (estimated).

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 480 days (estimated).

    Debriefings:

    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
