The requirement is intended to result in the award of “one (1) contract”.

With regards to future or follow on work derived from this requirement, contract T8080-240168, Canada may reject offers from the winning offeror as they may have had access to information related to the work that was not available to other offerors and that would, in Canada’s opinion, give or appear to give the offeror an unfair advantage.

Description of the Requirement:

Transport Canada (TC) requires consulting services to undertake a detailed analysis and evaluation of governance models for managing federal transportation infrastructure. Confidentiality Agreement

The Supplier (s) must submit a signed confidentiality agreement, substantially in the form set out in the Request for Proposal (RFP), before being given access to the Statement of Work (SOW) as it contains information that is proprietary to Canada.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be for eight (8) weeks from contract award.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 40 Days.
