    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1 ($0-$3.75 M) for the following stream:

    Stream 2: Business consulting/Change Management Services

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of “one (1) contract”.

    With regards to future or follow on work derived from this requirement, contract T8080-240168, Canada may reject offers from the winning offeror as they may have had access to information related to the work that was not available to other offerors and that would, in Canada’s opinion, give or appear to give the offeror an unfair advantage.

    Description of the Requirement:

    Transport Canada (TC) requires consulting services to undertake a detailed analysis and evaluation of governance models for managing federal transportation infrastructure. Through this project TC is looking to deepen its understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of various governance models.

    Confidentiality Agreement

    The Supplier (s) must submit a signed confidentiality agreement, substantially in the form set out in the Request for Proposal (RFP), before being given access to the Statement of Work (SOW) as it contains information that is proprietary to Canada.

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be for eight (8) weeks from contract award.
