Description
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from industry in advance of an anticipated competitive Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) for Licensed Security Guard Services.
The anticipated requirement covers static guarding and mobile patrol services at approximately 383 ESDC-occupied sites across Canada, grouped into 20 procurement zones, with an anticipated operational start date of April 1, 2027. Sites in Nunavut and sites subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements are outside the scope of the anticipated RFSO and are being addressed separately. This RFI is not a bid solicitation and will not result in the award of any contract or standing offer.
Participation is voluntary and is not a precondition to participating in any future solicitation.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2027/04/01.
