Description

The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) has a requirement for the provision of a Lead Negotiator for Collective Bargaining. The contractor is expected to provide expert advice and consulting services to the CER management on all aspects of collective bargaining including dispute resolution and representing the CER throughout the collective bargaining process.
