    This amendment #5 is raised to post updates to the requirements, including changes to the response given in QA#3 Questions #3 and #4 related to the writing ledge. As such, Cat1 Panel Details, Cat1 Product Builder, Cat2 Product Builder and Floor Plans have been updated. Changes have also been made to the CAT1 Basis of Payment Table.

    Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide supply, delivery, installation, and layout support of new workstation furniture, lockers, monitor arms, panel walls, and associated PAC poles—including a biometric sliding door assembly—to enable the front end expansion and reconfiguration of the Gerrard Square Service Canada Centre (1000 Gerrard St E 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M4M 3G6 Unit DD 10/11) to Employment and Social Development Canada.

    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2027, inclusive.

    All the deliverables must be received on or before July 10, 2026.

    This procurement is is being done against Supply Arrangement #: E60PQ-140003 and is being set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.
