Description

The High Commission of Canada to Kingston, in Jamaica requires landscaping services for its Chancery (CH), Official Residence (OR) and
one staff quarter (SQ). The “Chancery” is approximately 6350 sq2 of flowerbeds, lawns, trees, shrubs, and palm trees. The official
residence is approximately 5850 sq2 of flowerbeds, lawns, trees, shrubs, and palm trees. The property at 2 Manor Park Drive for which
the lower section is approx. 1860 sq2.

The Contractor will be required to provide a range of daily Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services at the Chancery, Official Residence and one staff quarter accommodation located in Kingston, Jamaica, as detailed herein including all personnel, materials, supplies, labour, supervision, tools, equipment, and other items related to the services as described in this document, and is exempt only from those items that are specifically noted.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
