Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) – Privacy on Demand (POD) – Supply, Delivery and Installation – NDHQ Carling & Pearkes (Ottawa, ON)
This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/PQ and covers a requirement from Product Category 4 – Phone Booths and Pods (Workspaces).
Identified User: Department of National Defence (DND) requires the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture (Privacy on Demand ‘POD’ units) to Ottawa, Ontario (NDHQ Carling Campus – Building 5; NDHQ Pearkes – South Tower).
Stream: This NPP will be solicited amongst the General Stream of SA holders.
Security Requirement: There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. A Security Requirements Check List (SRCL) will apply. Contractor organization and personnel must hold valid security clearances (SECRET for Pearkes Executive Suite; RELIABILITY STATUS for other operational zones).
Offerors must submit a completed Application for Registration (AFR) form with their offer.
Trade agreements / eligibility: This solicitation is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. Only Canadian Suppliers (and, if applicable, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner) are eligible.
Publication: All solicitation documents will be published at the same time as this NPP on CanadaBuys (GETS).
Debriefing: Businesses may request a debriefing after award.
