A non-mandatory site tour is scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2023, starting at 9:30 a.m. local time at Ragged Lake Transit Centre, 80 Grassy Lake Drive, Halifax. Attendees shall meet at the exterior plaza in front of the main entrance to the building identified as 80 Grassy Lake Drive prior to the noted tour time.

All participants are required to have the following PPE: certified safety shoes, safety vest and safety glasses."
