The specific requirement is for the services of a Senior Organization Development Consultant to coordinate implementation of one existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and to develop up-to-eight additional MoUs, on behalf of the Canadian Defence Academy (CDA), between the Department of National Defence (DND) and selected Canadian academic institutions for the conduct of the an optimized Subsidized University Training List (SUTL) Pathway.
