    Physiotherapy Services for Offenders – Quebec Region

    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region (9 institutions).

    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement:

    This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

    Security Requirements:

    This contract includes security requirements. Contractor personnel must hold a valid Reliability Status security clearance granted or verified by Correctional Service Canada.

    Nature of Requirements:

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service of Canada requires the provision of physiotherapy services to offenders across the nine federal institutions in the Quebec Region, including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation planning, and progress reporting.

    Objectives:
    To provide professional physiotherapy services that support the health needs of offenders and ensure continuity of care across the Quebec Region institutions.

    Deliverables:

    The Contractor must provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, rehabilitation recommendations, and clinical documentation in accordance with CSC standards. Services may be delivered on site at institutions and must be provided in either official language as required.

    Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

    Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

    Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
    The Work under Streams A to H is to be performed during the period of September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2029, with one (1) optional one year renewal period from September 1, 2029 to August 31, 2030.
    The Work under Stream I Port Cartier is to be performed during the period of July 1, 2026 to August 31, 2029, with one (1) optional one year renewal period from September 1, 2029 to August 31, 2030.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
